Should Lux Terra have to cancel a scheduled course, participants will be informed at least one week before the due date of the course and all course fees will be refunded.

Where course dates are changed by Lux Terra, participants will be fully refunded if they are unable to attend the rescheduled course.

No refund will be made for non-attendance of a course without prior cancellation.

Cancellation of reserved booking by a participant less than one week before the commencement date of a course will attract 10% administrative fee.

No fees will be charged for fee transfers to other scheduled courses.
